Víctor Díaz Bobillo

Founding partner of the Firm in 1997. He specializes in company law and regulatory and contractual issues in the electric energy, oil and gas sectors. Recognized for several years as a leading lawyer in the energy sector by publications such as Chambers Latin America and The Legal 500.

He serves as Director of important companies in the energy market, such as Empresa Distribuidora de Energía del Sur S.A. (EDESUR), Distrilec S.A., Petrochemical Comodoro Rivadavia S.A. (PCR), Transportadora de Gas del Mercosur S.A. (TGM), among others. He was also Director of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (TGS), Transportadora de Gas del Norte S.A. (TGN), Telefónica Holding S.A. and was Trustee of the Wholesale Electricity Market Management Company (CAMMESA).

He has specialized in complex arbitration conflicts, representing local and international companies in proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the General Arbitration Court of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange and the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Chamber of Commerce. of Santiago, among other jurisdictions.

He has also specialized in the structuring and administration of complex personal and family assets in different jurisdictions.

Juan Manuel Carassale

He joined the Firm as a partner in 2018. He specializes in regulatory and contractual issues in the electric energy, oil and gas sectors.

Before joining the Firm, at different stages, he was an advisor at the Ministry of Energy, senior associate at Bomchil law firm, partner at Bosch law firm, regional contracts manager at Siemens, trustee at CAMMESA for the Association of Large Electrical Energy Users, and coordinator of legal affairs of the Ministry of Energy and Mining of the Nation. Since 2020, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Electricity Distributors of the Argentine Republic (ADEERA).

He is a professor in the Master's Degree in Sustainable Development at ITBA, as well as in the Master's Degree in Administrative Law and the Diploma in Hydrocarbons, both at the Universidad Austral. He is the author of various articles on energy regulation published in specialized journals. 

Lawyer graduated from the National University of La Plata (1994), with a postgraduate degree in Economic Regulation Law from the Austral University (1999) and specialization in Electricity and Natural Gas Market Administration from the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires – ITBA (2006).

Manuel Goyenechea y Zarza

He has been a member of the Firm since 1999 and as a partner since 2017. He specializes in public law and regulatory and contractual issues in the electric energy and gas market.

Advises companies in the energy sector in tariff review and renegotiation processes and in administrative and judicial appeal procedures at both the national and provincial levels. He represents the Firm's clients in disputes related to easements, fines applied by regulatory entities, renegotiation of public service concession contracts, among other issues.

It has intervened in construction and maintenance contracts for thermal generation plants and solar and wind farms, gas pipelines, high voltage lines, energy purchase and sale contracts and particularly renewable energy within the framework of the RenovAr and Mater programs, supply contracts for natural gas, among others. He was legal advisor to the Planning Agency (APLA) in 2016 and 2017. 

He has represented clients in arbitrations before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and before the General Arbitration Court of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange.

He is a lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (1999). He completed the premaster's degree on “Deepening into the problems of the company” at the Austral University (1999, obtaining first prize) and the Master's Degree in Administrative Law at the same university (2002, dissertation pending). He has a postgraduate degree in Electricity and Natural Gas Market Administration from ITBA (2010).

Patricio Richards

He joined the Firm in 2000 and has been a partner since January 2017. 

He specializes in corporate, contractual and general practice matters, with a focus on the agricultural business, energy and asset structuring sectors.

In recent years, he has led mergers and acquisitions transactions, representing a private equity fund in its foray into the region in the food, airline and pharmaceutical markets, and has periodically advised banking entities on the financing of clients in the country.

Prior to joining the Firm, he was an associate at Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2004-2007).

Lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina (2004), he has taken postgraduate courses on Competition Law (UBA, 2008) and Contest and Bankruptcy Law (UCA, 2006).

Javier Viboud

Partner of the Firm since 2003. Previously he practiced independently, focused on litigating matters.  

He specializes in civil and commercial litigation matters, corporate conflicts, contracts and property matters in general. 

He has represented clients of the Firm in several arbitrations before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) as well as before the arbitration tribunal of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange. 

He developed his teaching activity (Procedural Law) at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. 

Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (1988), Master in Business Law from the Universidad Austral (2000).  

Andrés Vittone

He joined the Firm in 1998, and has been a partner since 2006. Previously he worked at Estudio Obligado (Patents and Trademarks) and in the National Judicial Branch. 

He specializes in corporate, contractual and general practice matters. With extensive experience in foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate conflict issues, intervening in the resolution of complex cases both judicially and extrajudicially.

He carried out teaching activities at both the University of Buenos Aires and the University of Palermo. 

Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (1998), with a Master in Business Law from the Universidad Austral (2000). 

ASSOCIATES

Facundo Gladstein

He joined the Firm in 2016.

He specializes in regulatory and contractual issues in the power and gas sectors, particularly in the renewable energy market. He has extensive experience in the areas of administrative, corporate and environmental law.

He is Head of Practical Work for the subject "Natural Resources Law and Environmental Protection" at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. Since 2018, he has been a teacher in charge of the subject “Electrical Energy Law and Renewable Energies”, a regular course of the Oriented Professional Cycle – UBA. He is also a professor in the “Diplomatura en Environmental Law” at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires – Online Course Cycle (CCO), and has participated as a speaker and researcher in activities organized by the University of Buenos Aires. He has published several papers on his specialty.

Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with an Honorary Diploma (2015). Postgraduate degree in Economics and Finance for Lawyers awarded by the Pompeu Fabra University – Barcelona School of Management (2019). University Expert in Capital Markets awarded by the National Technological University (2022). 

Ricardo Ignacio Kennedy

He joined the Firm since 2022. He specializes in labor and social security law.

He interned at the firm Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York, where he worked on sovereign debt restructuring issues. In 1995, he joined the Brons & Salas firm as an associate, where he worked in the litigation area. In 1997, he founded his own firm with his father and specialized in advising companies on labor and social security law, as well as damages. From 2016 to 2020, he was an advisor to the Board of the Planning Agency (APLA).

Lawyer graduated from the Argentine Catholic University (1994). He is a professor of private international law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires from 1998 to the present. He has published several works on private international law, labor law and malpractice.

Laura Miranda

She has been a member of the Firm since 2019. She specializes in public law and regulatory and contractual issues in the electric energy and gas sectors.

She was an advisor in the Secretariat of Infrastructure and Planning of the GCBA (2003 to 2006), in the Secretariat of Communications of the Nation (2006 to 2013), in the Legal Undersecretariat of the Ministry of Federal Planning, Public Investment and Services (2013 to 2015). , in the Coordination of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Energy and Mining (2016 to 2018) and General Director of Regulatory Affairs of the Ministry of Energy and Mining -SGE (2018-2019).

Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (2002), with a postgraduate degree in Economic Administrative Law from the Universidad Católica Argentina (2006) and an Interdisciplinary Master's Degree in Energy from the Center for the Study of Energy Regulatory Activity –CEARE (2023).

María Fernanda Lettieri

She joined the Firm in 2022 and specializes in corporate and contractual matters.

Previously she worked at the Severgnini, Robiola, Grinberg & Tombeur Firm as a corporate paralegal and junior corporate lawyer.

Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (2021), and at present studying the Postgraduate Degree in Companies and Contracts at the Universidad Católica Argentina.

Martín Tudela

He joined the Firm in 2014.

He specializes in civil and commercial litigation matters, contracts and property matters in general.

He is a teaching assistant in the subject “Professional Practice” at the University of Buenos Aires.

Candelaria Serra Ulibarria

She entered the Firm in 2022.  

Acts as a paralegal in the corporate team. Its task focuses mainly on the registration and presentation of procedures at the General Inspection of Justice and Provincial Directorate of Legal Entities and its subsequent monitoring. 

She is a Law student at the University of Buenos Aires.  

Inés Tomino

She works as a paralegal in the corporate team, collaborating mainly in the registration and presentation of procedures at the General Inspection of Justice and Provincial Directorate of Legal Entities and in their subsequent monitoring.

She is a Law student at the University of Buenos Aires. She entered the studio in 2023. 

María Marquez

She acts as a junior lawyer participating in regulatory and contractual matters in the areas of electrical energy, oil and gas. 

Previously she worked at the Blousson Law Firm as a paralegal in the area of commercial law.  

Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with an Honorary Diploma (2022). Specialization in Compliance at the Austral University (2023). She entered the Firm in 2023.
